I’ve always loved cartoons and have drawn them for as long as I can remember. I even got to realize a dream and became a “classic” style animator. That was before computers when everything animation cel was drawn by hand, inked, painted, and finally filmed. I got to work on theatrical, commercial, and Saturday morning projects.

One of the most fulfilling things I’ve done is to go from school to school teaching 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th graders how fun drawing cartoons and shapes in 3D can be. The lesson, besides the fun of drawing, was showing them how to see the world in new ways.

I decided to change course away from animation and have drawn cartoons for magazines, newspapers, editorials, spot ads, websites, and more. I still love it.
